Program Overview

The IntelComp Affiliate Partner Program allows qualified partners to earn revenue by referring organizations, businesses, and government contractors to IntelComp’s Compliance Management Software and full-service compliance offerings.
Affiliates generate income through both software subscriptions and compliance service revenue earned from referred clients.

Commission Structure

A. Software Subscription Revenue — Lifetime Recurring

• 10% recurring commission for the life of the subscription — as long as the referred client remains subscribed to IntelComp Compliance Management Software, affiliates earn ongoing commissions.
• Commissions are paid monthly as subscription payments are collected.
B. Direct Compliance Services Revenue

• 10% commission on net revenue collected for any compliance services purchased by the referred client.
This includes, but is not limited to:

○ Gap Assessments
○ Audit Readiness Services
○ Policy & Documentation Development
○ SOPs & Work Instructions
○ Compliance Training Services
○ Professional Advisory Support
C. Indirect Referral Revenue (Third-Party Referral Fees)

• If IntelComp refers the referred client to a third-party consultant, auditor, or service provider, and IntelComp receives any referral fee, commission, or revenue share from that third-party engagement, the affiliate will receive 10% of the net referral revenue IntelComp collects.
• Paid 30 days after IntelComp receives the referral fee.
