  • IntelComp.co is owned and operated by Consultare Inc. Group, A Compliance Company, professionally developed by ITBlaster.net, and powered by InterlinkIQ.com..

    These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of IntelComp.co and its related products, software, services, and content ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of Services

  • 1.1 Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate.

    1.2 Authorized Use

    • You may use our Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our Services for any unlawful, prohibited, or unauthorized purpose.

    1.3 User Account

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services Provided

  • IntelComp.co provides compliance management tools, dashboards, templates, reporting, and workflow automation designed to support organizations seeking to meet CMMC, NIST SP 800-171A, and other applicable compliance standards. IntelComp does not provide legal, certification, or audit services.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

  • 3.1 Subscription Plans

    • IntelComp operates on subscription-based pricing models, outlined on the IntelComp.co website or as described in your sales agreement.

    3.2 Fees

    • You agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

    3.3 Taxes

    • You are responsible for any applicable taxes and government charges.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property related to IntelComp, including software, content, documentation, processes, and tools, are owned or licensed by Consultare Inc. Group or its licensors.

    You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed in connection with the Services. Confidential information includes technical, business, operational, or customer data that is not publicly available.

6. Compliance Data

  • You retain ownership of all compliance data you upload. You grant IntelComp a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to deliver services under this Agreement.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • 7.1 No Legal or Certification Advice

    • IntelComp does not provide legal advice, audit services, or official certification. The Services are intended as tools to assist you in your internal compliance efforts.

    7.2 As-Is Services

    • The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. IntelComp disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consultare Inc. Group, its affiliates, developers (ITBlaster.net), licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from or related to your use of the Services.

    Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services and data will cease, subject to applicable retention policies.

10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, USA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated versions. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
