Welcome to the IntelComp Affiliate Program. Before participating in our program, we encourage all affiliates to review and understand the key terms of the Affiliate Agreement. This summary highlights the essential legal and business terms that govern your relationship with IntelComp as an affiliate partner.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • All affiliates are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding IntelComp’s proprietary and confidential information. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • • Software platform details

      • Pricing structures

      • Customer data

      • Internal processes and business strategies

    The NDA ensures that sensitive information is not disclosed or used outside the scope of your affiliate partnership.

Compliance with U.S. and International Laws

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and international laws, including but not limited to:

    • • Data privacy regulations

      • Export control laws

      • Anti-corruption statutes

      • Advertising and marketing standards

    Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal compliance in all territories where they promote IntelComp services.

Termination Rights

  • Both IntelComp and the affiliate partner reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time for any reason, provided that written notice is given to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations related to commissions, confidentiality, and intellectual property protections will remain in effect as specified in the full agreement.

Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

  • In the event of any dispute arising from or related to the Affiliate Agreement, both parties agree to resolve such matters through binding arbitration. This process provides a confidential, cost-effective alternative to court proceedings, with arbitration decisions being final and legally enforceable.
